Documentation and data policy

This summer school and student contest is part of Erasmus+ project BIOART and therefore needs to be documented publically and reported to the EU commission. Participants therefore acknowledge that the following actions will be taken:

• (Group)photos will be taken during each sessions and

minilectures.

• The sessions might be recorded as audio or video stream - upon

request by a project partner and specific prior information to data subjects.

• Results will be stored for the documentation and for publication

of special achievements.

• The above information (personal data, content) might be used for

dissemination activities via social media, webpages or press informations of the project partners.

Additional dissemination activities may be conducted by all project partners [1] as individual controllers.
