Documentation and data policy

This summer school and student contest is part of Erasmus+ project BIOART and therefore needs to be documented publically and reported to the EU commission. Participants therefore acknowledge that the following actions will be taken:

• (Group)photos will be taken during each sessions and minilectures.
• The sessions might be recorded as audio or video stream - upon request by a project partner and specific prior information to data subjects.
• Results will be stored for the documentation and for publication of special achievements.
• The above information (personal data, content) might be used for dissemination activities via social media, webpages or press informations of the project partners.
