Documentation and data policy

Since this summer school and student contest is done within an [| Erasmus+ project BIOART ], the summer school will be publically documented. For the purpose of documentation and (public) information about the event the following actions will be taken:

• (Group)photos will be taken during each sessions and minilectures.
• On special request the sessions might be recorded as audio or video stream.
• Results will be stored for the documentation and for publication of special achievements
• The above information might be used for dissemination activities such as social media, webpages or press informations.

We also want to inform you that dissemination activities can be done by all other [| project partners] and the European commission under their respective data policies.
