Time and location

Tuesday 31/08/2021, 10:00-12:30 and 15:15-17:30 brake-out rooms for groups in general auditorium

Overview

On Monday you received your assignment and developed a business canvas to adress your customers needs. Hence your idea already should have become mature.

On Tuesday you have dedicated time to due a technical brainstorming and elaborate a design concept, which is then reviewed by experts from the BioArt team, who created your individual assignments, in the afternoon. They will give you first feedback, answer questions on unclear issues and help you with problems you might have encountered.

Workflow

These two sessions are part of the summer schools hackaton and you therefore need to organize yourselves in the groups and define your own way to proceed. We suggest that you work this day as a complete group to gather all possible ideas and also find a solution everybody from your team is committed to.

For the morning try to apply the creative techniques you have been introduced to in the morning and setup a concept with first technical ideas. It is not the goal to already solve technical, construction or implementation problems, but you should have a vision and may be a plan for the next days how to develop the prototype solution in the next days.

As tools we created Miro-Boards for you group for brainstorming and offer a tool for project planing if you like to use it. For details check the following page.

Software

We ask all the students to install the following software prior to the training on their local computers to actively participate in the training.
